We believe in delivering value, which means helping our clients see through gimmicks marketing buzzwords to find the styles and products that are right for them. Many homeowners come to us considering a bumpout or addition. While we're happy to build one, we always try to work within the existing space first—if we can save you money, we will.
As our client, you'll receive the full attention of our design and project management team. Father Rick Miner and son Kevin Miner both get involved in every project to ensure good communication and great results.

RSM Designs bears not only Rick's name but also his vision. Opening the company
in 2001 was the realization of a personal dream.
With more than 35 years of industry experience, Rick brings a vast amount of
knowledge and expertise to the table. His low-key demeanor and quiet personality
are perfectly balanced by his passion and zeal for good design. Rick began in
the industry as a journeyman carpenter, cabinet maker and installer. This
background gives him the ideal foundation for making his designs as functional
as they are striking.
Rick became a Certified Kitchen Designer in 1993. Since that time, he has been
the recipient of numerous National Kitchen & Bath Association design
competition awards, a contributor to industry design publications, and the
designer of numerous projects published in both local and national home
magazines.
His philosophy? “I love when I’m told that something is impossible or that
it just can’t be done," he says. "It inspires me to find a way to
make it happen. Any space where I am allowed to use some creativity,
imagination, and a touch of realism can be transformed into a space that is
well-designed, efficient and comfortable—in a word, ‘home.’”

Many customers wonder how Kevin, with a background in business management and
financial services, transitioned into a career in kitchen and bath design.
“Service, service, service,” he says. “This has been the philosophy that
has made me successful in every position I have ever held. Whether you deal with
a client’s money, his insurance or his kitchen—to me, it’s all the same.
Everyone deserves excellent service.”
When RSM Designs Inc. became a reality in 2001, Kevin was immediately on board.
Having grown up around the industry, he was a very quick study. By Fall 2006 or
Spring 2007, Kevin hopes to have earned the accreditation of AKBD (Associate
Kitchen & Bath Designer).
His clients include not only residential home owners with plans to remodel, but
also clients building new homes, new-home builders and interior designers.

RSM Designs is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
